📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor daily cash flow, ensuring accurate and timely disbursements and receipts.
• Prepare and process bank reconciliation statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Support the finance team in maintaining and updating financial records, including general ledger entries and accounts payable/receivable.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and expense tracking.
• Maintain and update financial documentation, including vendor contracts, purchase orders, and receipts.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tax filings and financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide support to the finance team in the implementation of new financial systems and processes, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial services or related industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
