📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate daily fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling, route planning, and driver assignments.
• Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption using SAP and Fleet Management Systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Resolve operational issues and implement improvements to enhance fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide regular reports to management on fleet performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
• Train and mentor new drivers and staff on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Work closely with external partners and vendors to ensure smooth logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet operations or a similar role in the logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Fleet Management Systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of Indonesian road regulations and safety standards.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
