As an MEP Administrator, you'll manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring that all operational and maintenance tasks are executed seamlessly. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and maintain high standards of quality and safety. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the daily operations and maintenance activities of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules and work orders for MEP systems.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of MEP systems.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all MEP activities.
• Provide administrative support to the MEP team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and coordination of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP administration or a similar role.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
