As a Government Fiber Network Manager at PT Telkom Indonesia, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment and maintenance of fiber optic networks across Bangka Belitung. You will work closely with government agencies, local stakeholders, and our technical teams to ensure seamless connectivity and reliable services for public institutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, design, and implement fiber optic network infrastructure for government buildings and public institutions.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of fiber optic cables, ensuring high-quality and reliable connectivity.
• Coordinate with government agencies and local stakeholders to understand their connectivity needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Monitor network performance and proactively address any issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing network infrastructure.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess network conditions and make necessary improvements.
• Prepare and present reports on network performance, usage, and any recommended upgrades.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve network efficiency and reliability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fiber optic network management, with at least 3 years in a government or public sector environment.
• Certification in fiber optic technology, such as Fiber Optic Technician (FOT) or Certified Fiber Optic Technician (CFOT).
• Strong understanding of network design, installation, and maintenance principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with government agencies and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using network management software, such as Cisco Prime, HP OMNI, or similar tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of government regulations and policies related to telecommunications infrastructure.
