📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the legal team to ensure compliance with Indonesian laws, mining regulations, and corporate governance standards.
• Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on complex legal issues.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessments for new projects and partnerships.
• Represent the company in legal matters, including negotiations, litigation, and regulatory proceedings.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on their potential impact on the business.
• Ensure all legal documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant laws.
• Train and mentor junior legal staff to maintain high standards of legal practice.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on corporate compliance and mining law.
• Professional certification as an Advokat or a similar legal qualification.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian laws, mining regulations, and corporate governance standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a legal team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
