📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire tender lifecycle, from preparation to contract execution.
• Develop and implement tender strategies to secure favorable contracts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new tender opportunities.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients and vendors.
• Monitor and report on tender performance metrics.
• Ensure all tender documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract and tender management.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong understanding of tender processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Certification in contract management or a related field is a plus.
