📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of the agricultural and fertilizer business
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
• Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of product quality
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the agricultural or fertilizer industry
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, and experience with data analysis tools, such as Excel and Power BI
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the agricultural and fertilizer industry in Indonesia
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
