📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage payroll processing using SAP Payroll and HRIS systems
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Process employee benefits and ensure accurate tax deductions
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Maintain and update employee records and files
- Coordinate with the operations team to address HR-related issues
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a payroll or operations role
- Familiarity with SAP Payroll and HRIS systems
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
