📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the entire tender lifecycle, from preparation to contract execution.
- Develop and implement tender strategies to secure favorable contracts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new tender opportunities.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients and vendors.
- Monitor and report on tender performance metrics.
- Ensure all tender documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract and tender management.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong understanding of tender processes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Certification in contract management or a related field is a plus.
