📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design appropriate training materials.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Maintain training records and provide reports on training activities.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices.,Provide feedback and support to employees to enhance their performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.,Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
