📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with engineering teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts.,Ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content for various audiences.,Create user manuals, quick reference guides, and other technical documents.,Review and edit technical documents for consistency and adherence to style guidelines.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials.,Provide support to customers and internal teams through documentation and training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.,Proven experience as a Technical Writer (minimum 2 years).,Strong writing and communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, Markdown).,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Experience in creating user guides, manuals, and other technical documentation.
