📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and construction of landed residential properties from inception to completion.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.,Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.,Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks and challenges.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that project timelines and budgets align with client expectations.,Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including progress updates, financial summaries, and risk assessments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on residential development.,Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.,Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and best practices in Bali.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera, MS Project, or similar.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
