📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both existing and potential.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance standards.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive or similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
