📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.
• Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management.
• Training and mentoring junior auditors to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborating with various departments to address audit findings and implement improvements.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the Hospitality & Tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks and audit methodologies.
• Certification in internal auditing, such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using audit software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
