📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure efficient vehicle utilization.
  • Monitor vehicle performance and schedule regular maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage fuel and other operational costs associated with the fleet.
  • Provide reports and updates on fleet status and performance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.
  • Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
  • Commitment to maintaining a high standard of safety and service.
