📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate with the HR team to organize and facilitate training and development programs.,Handle employee relations issues and provide support to managers and employees.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and other HR-related documents.,Support the HR team in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Participate in HR projects and tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Good knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
