PT Transhub Logistik Indonesia is seeking a Finance Staff (AP) to join our Freight Forwarding team. This role is crucial in managing the financial aspects of our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the finance team in achieving our financial goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Process and verify invoices, payments, and receipts.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.,Provide financial support to the operations team as needed.,Maintain and update financial databases and systems.,Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
