📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Production Supervisor in developing and implementing production plans and schedules.
  • Monitor and analyze production performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of production facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Provide training and support to production staff to improve productivity and safety.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on production performance and other relevant metrics.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the oil and gas or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
  • Experience with safety and environmental regulations in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
