The intern will be responsible for assisting in the management of customer relations, helping to maintain and improve customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing customer inquiries and complaints,Help maintain and update customer records,Assist in organizing and attending customer meetings and events,Support the team in developing and implementing customer relation strategies,Help with the preparation of customer relation reports,Assist in the coordination of customer feedback and suggestions,Support the team in the development and implementation of customer satisfaction surveys,Assist in the organization of customer appreciation events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Good organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with basic computer software, especially Microsoft Office,Basic understanding of customer relation management principles and practices,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
