📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employees' skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Assist in the planning and execution of training workshops and seminars.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure training goals align with organizational objectives.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
