In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and software to ensure optimal performance.,Assist in the installation and configuration of new hardware and software.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Document and maintain IT-related records and reports.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, and others.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
