📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Create user manuals, API references, and other technical content,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to improving our technical writing processes and tools,Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed,Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical documentation is aligned with product goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or related field,Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Writer,Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills
