📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue.,Develop and implement effective business development strategies and plans.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to drive business growth.,Manage and track business development metrics and KPIs.,Prepare and present business development reports and proposals to senior management.,Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our business network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.,Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using business development tools, software, and CRM systems.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
