PT Dashenlin Pharma Indonesia is looking for a skilled and experienced Pharmaceutical Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process of pharmaceutical products, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of supplies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process for pharmaceutical products, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Ensure timely delivery of pharmaceutical supplies to meet production and distribution requirements.,Monitor and control procurement costs to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with budgetary constraints.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable and timely delivery of pharmaceutical products.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely delivery of supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical procurement.,Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulations and standards.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
