📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.,Create and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services to key accounts.,Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure compliance with our standards and to gather customer feedback.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth.,Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing and growing retail accounts.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of retail software and systems is a plus.
