📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth business processes
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software
- Implement and maintain ERP software like SAP and Microsoft Dynamics
- Develop and execute IT strategies to support business growth
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards
- Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and ERP systems
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
