📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collect payments from customers in-person, over the phone, or through other channels
• Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally
• Update customer records and maintain accurate financial information
• Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure compliance with Home Credit's policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in collections and customer service
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or customer service roles, preferably in the finance industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid SIM and motorbike license, as you'll be traveling to customers' locations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
