📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the strategic planning and implementation of the company's operations.
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of key departments, including finance, human resources, and operations.
  • Ensure the company's financial health by monitoring budgets, forecasting revenue, and managing expenses.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor the management team to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Represent the company in high-level meetings and negotiations.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in business processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
  • Familiarity with financial management and accounting principles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
