📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing daily kitchen operations.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels of ingredients and supplies.,Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in menu development and cost control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong culinary skills with a good understanding of various cuisines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with kitchen management software is a plus.,Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments.
